Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAxios Professional Recruitment is partnered with a furniture manufacturer and distributor seeking a temporary sales administrator in Flint, MI. Their ideal candidate is an organized self-starter, with the ability to multi-task and communicate well with others. The sales administrator will function as the primary support for an account manager, to ensure clients receive quick and extraordinary service. Benefits

ResponsibilitiesInclude, but are not limited to:
  • Work closely with sales representative and the internal project management team to ensure client satisfaction and fluid communication
  • Attend onsite client meetings addressing order specification and finish selections
  • Prepare quotes and coordinate full project details including discounting, finishes, materials, delivery and installation details
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and a commitment to the customer experience
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to problem solve under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in a sales-focused administrator role
