Overview:

Qualifications:


Required:


  • Master's degree or higher
  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)

Preferred:


  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Responsibilities:


  • Select appropriate assessments and complete all required components for client funding sources.
  • Administer various assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
  • Develop reports such as functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.
  • Provide behavioral skills training to direct care staff and monitor progress regularly.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in implementing ABA procedures and interventions.
  • Develop individualized programming based on client and caregiver needs.
