Job DescriptionAs a Commission Sales Representative you will play a critical role in expanding our client base through strategic cold calling email outreach, and appointment setting. This position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to build a career in sales within the HR and staffing industry. With a commission based structure this role offers significant earning potential and a pathway to advance into a Sales Executive role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and email campaigns.
- Engage with potential clients to introduce VETAS services and value proposition.
- Schedule and manage appointments with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions to enhance sales techniques and industry knowledge.
- No degree requirements; we value drive and experience.
- Proven experience in sales especially cold calling and email marketing is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Tech savvy with proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools.
- A positive attitude and resilience in dealing with rejections
