Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Concrete Finisher to work on various projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finish concrete surfaces to a smooth and even texture, ensuring quality and durability.
  • Spread, level, and smooth concrete using hand tools, trowels, and power tools.
  • Apply curing compounds and other treatments to protect and enhance concrete surfaces.
  • Set and align forms to the desired shape and grade.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Adhere to safety standards and regulations on job sites.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and materials.
  • Ability to work with a variety of hand tools and machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant certifications or training in concrete finishing are a plus.
