We are seeking a visionary Senior Director to lead our ERP platform (SAP), Process Automation, and custom application teams supporting Finance, WW Operations, People and Legal business functions. In this critical role, you'll drive innovation and optimization across our Enterprise technology landscape while leading cross-functional global talent. The ideal candidate brings strong technical proficiency and global delivery experience in SAP ERP and RPA platforms, exceptional leadership and communication skills, extensive experience in IT governance and compliance, and a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Your Impact
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the IT applications engineering platform, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain a clear vision and roadmap for IT ERP/RPA applications driving innovation and engineering excellence across the organization
- Spearhead IT infrastructure optimization and cloud initiatives for the ERP systems, enhancing system performance, reducing costs, and improving user experience
- Lead internal audits and manage SoX controls for Financial applications ensuring IT practices meet compliance and security standards
- Inspire and mentor a team of IT Engineering Managers, System Admins, and Developers, driving performance and fostering collaboration globally
- Cultivate vendor relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure optimal support for our technology ecosystem
- Partner with leaders across the organization, driving synergies and aligning IT initiatives with business goals
- Oversee departmental budgets, aligning resource allocation with strategic objectives and maximizing ROI
- Ensure high availability of technology infrastructure, addressing potential risks and swiftly resolving issues
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage
Your Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent military experience required
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise ERP and Automation platforms
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality enterprise solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Extensive experience managing internal audits, SoX controls, and InfoSec partnerships, including risk mitigation
- Proficiency in project management, Agile methodologies, and scrum ceremonies, managing multiple priorities effectively
- Strong people management skills, experience building / leading global teams between the US and India, coaching, and talent development
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, including RFP processes and technology solution selection
- Strong understanding of systems architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of partnering with leaders to drive strategic initiatives and resolve complex issues

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $226,400/yr to $366,200/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
