This position will be responsible for hearing evaluations for all ages, fittings, and follow-up care. Additionally, ourAudiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist provide counsel, guidance and education to patients in order to help them realize the best solution to treat their hearing loss. Ideal candidates will have specific experience in Tinnitus and Hearing Aids.

The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:
- Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
- Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
- Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
- Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events
To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
- Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
- Active New Mexico Dispensing license or eligible for licensure
