You will work closely with senior team members to provide critical support in the deal process, including conducting industry research, preparing client presentations, and performing valuation analysis. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in investment banking and develop a deep understanding of corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis and valuation using various methodologies, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis (CCA), and precedent transactions.
- Create detailed financial models to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct industry research and analyze market trends to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with senior team members in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, and other financial transactions.
- Monitor and track market developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software tools.
