The Role:

As a Product Manager at L2L, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our products, taking them from concept to delivery, and ensuring ongoing market success. You will define and own key metrics for adoption and retention, aligning them with our company goals. This is a high-impact role, with the ability to partner with our VP of Product to help shape the future of a SaaS company experiencing hyper-growth.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Planning:

  • Own end-to-end success for selected products from concept through delivery and on-going market success. Define and own the core metrics measuring adoption and retention that achieve company goals.
  • Drive product planning based on external and internal inputs to shape the vision for future offerings with successful product/market fit that are aligned with business objectives.
  • Articulate the product roadmap to drive internal planning and consensus-building and evangelize in external communication to customers, partners and industry analysts.
  • Perform market analysis to identify high-value opportunities for growth and expansion; provide recommendations for prioritized investment.
  • Create business plans with financial assessments to evaluate new investment opportunities for planning and buy-in with the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Assess competitors and evaluate features/functions of their products, pricing models, and positioning to drive internal strategies.
  • Collect and assimilate inputs from customers, market trends, competitive influence, and industry analysts as well as internal sources including Sales, Technical Services, and Marketing.

Product Execution:

  • Orchestrate execution of product delivery and market readiness through cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Technical Services to ensure successful market introduction and adoption.
  • Engage with customers to collect, synthesize and prioritize feedback and insight on feature requirements and determine MVP capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Technical Services counterparts to execute development efforts.
  • Create core messaging content for use by Marketing; work closely with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement.
  • Participate in user experience initiatives with the use of product telemetry, usage analytics, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 3-5 years of direct Product Management experience
  • Experience successfully delivering complex, large-scale software products
  • Skilled in software, influencing others, analytical thinking, and executing and implementing projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with peers and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment including a high tolerance for ambiguity
  • Extremely well organized with excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Direct and transparent communicator with the courage and ability to take a strong position as required.
  • A penchant for experimentation with the ability to make decisions with limited data and be willing to fail fast.
  • A continuous improvement/growth mindset and approach are essential.

L2L practices a remote-first approach while offering office space in Burlington, MA. Due to the collaborative nature of this role, there is a preference for candidates in the Greater Boston area.
