Plan, measure, and monitor operating limits and capacities while coordinating with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, QC, Accounting, S&R as well as Customer Service keeping all stakeholders aligned regarding production schedules and any deviations that may occur.DUTIES:Generate Purchase orders and track status using AcumaticaDaily review of back orders disseminate information to all stakeholders of changes and updates.Monitor and enter Transfers and Production Orders in AcumaticaCoordinate components supply in support the production scheduleCreate, maintain and adjust production schedules with internal and external manufacturing/assemblers as necessary. Act as liaison between manufacturing plants/assemblers, Engineering and QC to address and troubleshoot production or quality issues immediatelyMonitor and correct inventory errors as necessary.QualificationsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.CPIM preferred.Specific Skills:Strong analytic skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with the use of a computerized Material Requirements Planning system.Knowledge of materials management. Physical Demands:Most of the time spent sitting with occasional (less than 10%) standing, walking, stooping, or climbing in warehouse.
