Job Title: Assistant Production Manager

Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:45a-3:30p, Fridays 5a-10a as needed

Pay: $21-25


Company Overview:

Are you ready to take on a key role in a dynamic production environment? Join our team and be responsible for production planning and scheduling, staff supervision and training, and maintaining quality and safety standards. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your organizational, personnel management, and coordination skills while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance with production planning and scheduling of work for employees.

- Supervise and train staff to ensure adherence to safety standards.

- Oversee shop operations in the absence of the Production Manager.

- Monitor and uphold efficient, effective production processes that meet quality standards.

- Identify and contribute to the resolution of production issues.

- Perform machine and building maintenance assistance as required.

- Offer support by participating in the production process when necessary, including tasks such as shipping/receiving, inventory management, and working at various stages of production.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Demonstrated organizational and self-directed capabilities.

- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.

- Proficient in personnel management.

- Strong coordination skills to collaborate effectively with office and production staff.
