Job Description:

Our client, an esteemed full-service law firm, has an immediate opening in their Dallas, TX office for a Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 4+ years of experience supporting attorneys in complex litigation matters. The Litigation Paralegal role is contractual, approximately 2 months, full time and requires going into the office each day.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience supporting attorneys in a law firm.
  • Candidates should possess excellent writing and communication skills and can work independently.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention detail, organization and is self-motivated.
  • Software: Must have proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe.


Responsibilities:

  • The position requires the ability to work independently and be able to meet deadlines, multi-task, and handle a high volume of cases.
  • Electronic filing in both state and federal courts.
  • Work closely with other attorneys and support staff in efficient communication and status updates.
  • Manage high volume calendar of court appearances, client meetings, and depositions.
  • Communicate with clients regularly.
