Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modeling: Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support various business initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic data to inform model assumptions and outputs.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and strategic planning, to gather data and understand business needs.
  • Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure models are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal and external financial regulations and standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving modeling processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial modeling, financial analysis, or a related role. Experience with investment banking or consulting is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling software, and data visualization tools. Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail with a strong problem-solving mindset.
