Responsibilities:
- Clinical Assessment: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions in patients across the lifespan
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Medication Management across the lifespan
- Adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize patient outcomes
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide support
- Clinical Oversight: Provide leadership and supervision within the psychiatric team, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence to ethical standards
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in PA with specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health
- Proficiency in conducting history assessments
- Previous experience working in outpatient mental health at a treatment facility or outpatient clinic
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team of medical and clinical professionals
