Job DescriptionJob Description

Job Description: As a Power Washer Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate power washing equipment to clean various surfaces, such as buildings, sidewalks, driveways, and vehicles. You will be tasked with removing dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other debris using high-pressure water streams efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate power washing equipment safely and effectively.
  2. Assess surfaces to determine the appropriate pressure and cleaning solutions needed.
  3. Prepare surfaces for washing by removing obstacles and applying cleaning agents if necessary.
  4. Remove dirt, grease, mold, mildew, and other contaminants from surfaces using power washing equipment.
  5. Ensure proper safety protocols are followed at all times to prevent injuries and property damage.
  6. Maintain and troubleshoot power washing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  7. Adhere to environmental regulations regarding the disposal of wastewater and chemicals.
  8. Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and expectations.
  9. Work efficiently to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
  10. Keep accurate records of work performed, including time spent on each job and materials used.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience operating power washing equipment preferred but not required.
  2. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  5. Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices for power washing.
  6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
