As an individual contributor role, the Receiving Coordinator accurately and timely processes the receiving department documentation for all in-bound deliveries of product, materials, and supplies. This role will direct dock assignments for inbound deliveries and coordinate the movement and removal of containers.

• Communicates with the imports and logistics team and the distribution center receiving team regarding prioritization of inbound delivery schedules, dock assignments, pallet inventory, and more.

• Monitors flow of inbound deliveries and communicates with the imports & logistics team regarding delays or issues that arise.

• Maintains records and processes documentation and tally sheets associated with all deliveries according to procedures.

• Finalizes receipt of goods as containers are received to ensure inventory is added to the WMS.

• Coordinates the movement and removal of empty containers.

• Ensures appropriate departments are notified when materials and supplies are received and ready for pick up.

• Operates powered industrial equipment as needed.

• Generates reports to track and resolve discrepancies and damaged packages.

• Follows all safety protocols as outlined for the position.

• Completes all training requirements timely.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
