Position: AWS Cloud Developer / AWS Software Engineer / Cloud Application Developer (AWS applications & infrastructure with DevOps)

No. of Positions: 1
Work Location: Fort Worth, Texas (Fully Onsite 5 days/week)

Job Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time Permanent

Required Skills: Min. 8 years of experience in Software development, Cloud Computing, and DevOps practices (CI/CD), AWS Cloud - EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, EKS, EFS and CloudFormation, Programming - Java, Python, or Node.js, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Git, and Ansible, AWS Certification is a plus etc.

Job Description: We are seeking an AWS Cloud Application Engineer with DevOps experience to join our team. The AWS Application / DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based applications on the AWS platform while also automating and streamlining the DevOps processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, cloud computing, and DevOps practices.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in software development, cloud computing, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, EKS, EFS and CloudFormation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
  • Experience with DevOps practices such as continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD), version control, and infrastructure as code.
  • Experience with managing DevOps tools such as Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Ansible in AWS cloud
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred:

  • AWS Certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications on the AWS platform.
  • Automate and streamline the DevOps processes using tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.
  • Implement and maintain AWS infrastructure to support applications and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements and develop project plans.
  • Ensure applications and infrastructure meet performance, security, and reliability standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS infrastructure and applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AWS, cloud computing, and DevOps.
