Data-Core Systems a consulting, services and digital transformation solution provider helping businesses reshape their future with cutting-edge technologies and services, has an immediate opening for a MS Dynamics CE Functional in the Consulting Services Division.


This person is to provide hands-on functional support and knowledge transfer for these projects, as needed by the Client.


Responsibilities:

  • Hands on functional, configuring, deployment, and support of MS Dynamics CE, Power Apps, Power Portal, and LogicApps for integration with F&O and other third parties using APIs and Dynamics Connectors
  • Leading and/or participating on project teams for system work efforts to enterprise systems
  • Gathering information from user departments to determine how to best support the needs of end users
  • Configuring and maintaining enterprise systems and software to support end users and Commission business processes
  • Identifying and correcting configuration issues to restore solutions and ensure proper operation
  • Developing and maintaining Business Process Procedures (BPPs) and other documentation
  • Utilizing various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties
  • Performing other related duties as assigned


Experience Desired:

  • 12 + years experience in building Customer Service oriented Dynamics CE applications used by high-volume contact centers
  • 10 + years experience in mapping and documenting customer journeys
  • Experience with Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)
  • 12 + years experience creating dashboards and system views to make it easy for the Customer Service Representatives to navigate through the system
  • 12 + years of experience designing and configuring user friendly screens for the agents and for the customers to use
  • 10 + years experience with real-time integration between CE and F&O via LogicApps
  • 10 + years experience in processing real-time payments and refunds by integrating with multiple payment gateways
  • 10 + years experience in integrating card present terminals with Dynamics CE for payments and refunds
  • 10 + years of experience with accepting and processing mobile and digital payments
  • 10 + years experience in Account Management, and Case Management in a real time Omnichannel environment
  • 8+ years experience in setting up and maximizing customer self-service using ChatBOTs available in the Azure platform for online customers
  • 8+ years experience in leveraging the Azure BOT framework to automate business processes
  • 12+ years experience in importing and exporting data to, and from, CE
  • 12+ years experience in setting up Power Automate and MS Flows
  • 10+ years of experience with strong understanding of PCI, NACHA, and customer privacy guidelines
  • 12+ years experience in Experience in using Knowledge Base and smart assist functionalities available in Dynamics


Minimum Experience:

  • 12 years of enterprise system experience in configuring enterprise software, providing functional assistance, conducting system testing, and monitoring end user procedures preferably with all or most of this experience with MS Dynamics CE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or information systems.
