We are a Raleigh-based commercial pressure washing and gutter cleaning service provider with a strong team of 70+ full-time W2 employees. Our Charlotte branch is new and already growing. We infuse our core values into all work functions:

Essential duties:

  • MUST HAVE ADEQUATE TRANSPORTATION (Sunday nights through Thursday nights - shifts start at 9 PM) 
  • Driver's license required for this posting
  • Ability to be cleared to be added to our insurance (i.e. at least 3 years' experience as a licensed driver, a good driving record).
  • Must be able to lift and pull 75 lb loads (two 5-gallon buckets of stain, pull 100' of hose, etc.). Must be able to lift pressure washing wands and hold above head for at least 6 hours per shift.
  • Must be able to meet size/ weight minimums and maximums for fall protection, ladders, and harnesses. (With some exceptions, those weighing between 150 lbs. and 270 lbs. will generally be able to properly use our equipment. Feel free to ask for more details if you are closer to the lower or higher ends and we will do our best to work with you.)
  • Must be able to read, understand, and follow safety instructions at all times, including OSHA and MSDS information.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, squat, climb, and execute safety protocols.


The priorities of SOR Pressure Washing Technicians are:

  4. Timeliness – getting the job done on schedule
  5. Trustworthiness - ability to perform work without micromanagement or hand-holding
  6. Coachability - able to absorb training from the experts you'll be working with


Compensation

  • Overtime pay at time and a half (optional, when available)
  • 401K with matching available after 60 days
  • Health insurance after 60 days
  • Supplemental insurance available, with some options paid directly by SOR  after 60 days (For example, a dental policy for an individual is fully covered at no cost to the employee)
  • Earned PTO (Paid Time Off ) for each week worked
  • Paid holidays

 

Requirements:

- Pride in your workmanship and willingness to learn and improve no matter how experienced

- Physical abilities listed above required by job duties

- A desire to be part of a team that cares personally for one another

- A valid NC Driver's License/ reliable legal transportation to our warehouse 

- The ability to work third shift (approximately 9 PM start most nights)

- Related experience is a plus - Let us know if you've worked night shift before or if you've held other pressure washing positions or outdoor labor jobs.

- A positive attitude and willingness to work with a team. Great communication with co-workers and supervisors.

$15+/ hour for those with little to no experience - we will train you There's room to grow - and quickly.


($17-$18/hour+ for those with advanced experience the company needs.)
