A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same, here’s what you can expect as a Culinary Supervisor -

  • Responsible for preparing menu items for guest satisfaction
  • Follow recipes to prepare and cook menu items using a variety of kitchen equipment
  • Supervise aspects of the food and beverage operation, including estimate food requirements based on event orders to implement the production plan
  • Responsible for assisting in training of new culinary team members
  • Assist the Culinary Department with administrative work including monthly inventory
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
  • Adapt to shifting event locations within the arena
  • Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment)
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
