Nationwide organization seeks Brand Awareness Specialist to join their team This position is 100% remote.
Develop and deploy a high volume of email messaging to educate the market about company including maternal health access solutions (MHAS), system relationships, conference attendance, market presence etc.
Position Responsibilities:
· Support field teams with email campaigns; enable them to spend the bulk of their time market facing
o Develop and deploy drip email campaigns to educate the market
o Advise targets our team will be in the market and follow-up after in market visits
o Utilize market intel gained by boots on the ground, email follow-up
· Cultivate contact list of stakeholders, influencers and decision makers at small segment targets
· Craft and deploy targeted email campaigns
· Capitalize on case studies, blog post, podcasts etc.; deploy to the market
· Deploy broad email campaigns to position company as a thought leader and expert in the MHAS space
· Deploy MHAS specific newsletter
· Pre and post conference emails
· Track success of email campaigns (opens and clicks) to improve content
Essential Skills:
· Experience with email campaigns; creating content, deploying content and measuring success
· Critical thinking skills and ability to understand audience, content and cadence
· Strong written communication skills
· Able to work independently
· Initiative to learn about service line, market dynamics, competitors, target partners and hospital C-suite audience
· Experience crafting email messaging and subject lines to gain interest
· Working knowledge of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), Microsoft Excel, ZoomInfo and Outlook
· Able to cultivate a robust contacts database through careful research and documentation
· Successful multitasking experience
· Able to utilize campaign analytics to pivot messaging strategy and ensure messaging is resonating with the desired audience and generating interest
· Initiative to learn from and collaborate with business development and marketing team members
Experience/Education:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, health care or related field preferred
· 1+ years of successful B2B email marketing experience (content creation, deployment and metric tracking)– preferably in health care
