Job Description
As a Community Associate at Collective you are a people person. You are passionate about finding the perfect home for our guests and connecting with the community while creating experiences for our residents. You value connection and engaging in conversations with your customers. As a Community Associate you have a genuine desire to make people feel at home which leads to successful customer interactions.

What you will bring to Collective:
Education and Experience
- 1-2 years of property management experience, preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Driver's license & ability to pass a background check
- Proficiency with industry software (Appfolio preferred)
