Cenveo is a leading North American manufacturer of envelopes. Hiring immediately for a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for its envelope manufacturing facility in Williamsburg, PA (12 hour rotating shift).

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Pay & Schedule

  • $27.58/hr + shift premium $0.35/hr.

  • 2 days and 2 nights required : Day shift 7am – 7pm / Night shift 7pm – 7am.

  • Mandatory Overtime is required for 1-2 days during this busy season.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum education required is a High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Basic math skills; must be able to read a scale/ruler and work with fractions.

  • Minimum related experience required 4 - 5 years.

  • Ability to perform a volume of mechanical detail work with speed/accuracy.

  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Industry related experience and mechanical knowledge required.

  • Requires ongoing coordination, communication and/or team problem solving.

  • Ability to convey a positive image to coworkers. Willingness to work overtime.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities & Daily Duties:

  • Work from prints and plans to repair, maintain and install equipment.

  • Familiar with all folding, cutting, printing and ancillary equipment.

  • Repairs/Diagnose equipment problems.

  • Experience with machine shop equipment including mill, lathe, welding, etc.

  • Monitors, schedules, and documents preventive maintenance on equipment.

  • Troubleshoot, install and repair pneumatic, hydraulic components.

  • Researches and requisitions machine parts as required.

  • Repair/replace defective or worn parts / equipment.

  • Electrical troubleshooting experience including up to 480V equipment.

  • Follows safety rules and procedures/ observes the operations.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned/required.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; manual dexterity.

  • Exposure to ink, dust, loud noise, risk of electrical shock and vibration.

  • Frequent standing, walking, carrying, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., carry 50 lbs., push 100 lbs., pull 75 lbs.

  • Exposure to noise; must wear hearing protection and safety shoes.
