Job Summary:
The Housekeeper at Park Place Hotel is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for all guests and employees. This is a full-time, hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry located in Traverse City, Michigan. This is an individual contributor role and reports to the Housekeeping Manager. The compensation for this position is $19 per hour, with biweekly pay. *600$ 90 Day sign on Bonus* *Weekly Attendance Bonuses*

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas according to hotel standards
- Change and replace bed linens, towels, and other amenities in guest rooms
- Dust and vacuum all surfaces and furniture in guest rooms and public areas
- Restock and organize housekeeping carts with supplies and amenities
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to the Housekeeping Manager
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with company and industry standards
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Communicate with front desk staff regarding guest requests and room status
- Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
