DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, or a related experience
  • 5-7 years of marketing leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience with annual marketing planning, budgeting & strategy to drive new and repeat consumer traffic; data driven customer segmentation
  • Experience with driving and maximizing loyalty programs and related technology
  • Agency relationship management
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop marketing team members
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS DIRECTOR OF MARKETING?
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote the brand, drive traffic, and increase revenue
  • Develop, direct and approve marketing plans, budgets, strategy and promotions
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance brand awareness including social media
  • Oversee branding, collateral, advertising, and graphic design efforts to maintain brand consistency
  • Work with creative agencies for advertisements, digital and printed collateral
