The Powder Coating Assistant will be a utility player who is responsible being the face of our company while driving our truck to deliver and pickup customer product.

The successful candidate will need:

• To be able to make deliveries and drop offs (typically within 1 hour of Bridgton, ME) with our 26’ box truck
• To be able to prepare parts for powder coating by sanding, sandblasting, degreasing, washing, masking, and plugging
• To be able to hang parts in preparation for powder coating
• Help meet production goals
• Other duties as assigned

• Be team oriented
• Basic computer skills are required
• Be able to wear PPE (respirators, PAPRs, sandblasting suit, etc.) for extended amounts of time

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean history.
