Clinical Supervisor-BCBA, LBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Role Overview: This full-time position as a Clinical Supervisor is based in Killeen, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee ABA programs, provide clinical guidance to therapists and clients, conduct assessments, design behavior intervention plans, and monitor progress.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1-on-1 ABA Therapy, both in-center and in the community (as allowed by payors)
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Receive ongoing mentorship from senior supervisors
  • Participate in in-service training and staff meetings
  • Offer guidance to families
  • Handle caseload management tasks, including program modifications, visual analysis, and progress report updates
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Collect data on client goals during sessions
  • Complete session notes post-direct sessions
  • Collaborate with other practitioners to support client progress

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Supervision
  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
  • Experience in case management
  • Knowledge of behavior assessment and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • BCBA certification

We also need a Clinical Director as well
