Position Description & Responsibilities:


The Software Engineering team is vital to our organization’s mission and growth, by establishing the strategic development of methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for our product solutions. This role will provide assistance with specific projects that will enhance the Application Development team’s success, such as:


  • Participate in development and take ownership of specific modules in real-world enterprise applications
  • Work with key stakeholders throughout the SDLC including but not limited to design, development, and QA
  • Write high-quality and testable code following established processes - you will have the opportunity to work in the full stack (frontend, middle tier, and database)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs of new and existing software
  • Help develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Learn and implement best practices throughout the entire SDLC that will benefit your future career

  • Working toward at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field
  • Some experience in at least some of these front and back end languages and technologies - React/Angular/JavaScript/C#, .NET Core, SQL Server
  • Strong attention to detail and debugging skills
  • Willingness to learn and desire to contribute to real world, enterprise applications


Additional Details:


  • This is an on-site, part-time, temporary hourly position at our Woodbridge, NJ office location. Our normal hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
