MAIN FUNCTION:

  • Assist with the management of content for PNY sites, encompassing internet, intranet, extranet, and e-commerce platforms
  • Enhance the user experience across PNY sites by addressing user issues, implementing iterative UI design enhancements, and integrating web accessibility standards
  • Design web-based communications, including email blasts, banner advertising, social media graphics, and e-newsletters

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of web design and development experience, including responsive design (must-have)
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery (must-have)
  • Proficient in graphic and web design, including Figma/XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (must-have), with a strong emphasis on adherence to brand guidelines
  • We kindly request that candidates provide a portfolio of work for review, including at least two online project samples
  • MAC and PC literate
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms, analytics, accessibility, animation, and/or video editing, a plus
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, highly organized, front-end web developer with design skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Values and contributes to a positive and equitable workplace

  • External: Vendors to support/supplement in-house web design capabilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and manage the content of PNY’s website, including the creation and maintenance of website pages across various platforms such as internet, intranet/extranet, and e-commerce sites
  • Assist with the creation of assets for e-blasts, online sweepstakes, and banner advertising
  • Create and implement online communication strategies and tools to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Identify and communicate emerging web opportunities to marketing and sales management
  • Implement campaign measurement tools for gauging and optimizing the effectiveness of e-marketing programs
  • Collaborate with PNY Marketing/Product/Marcom and IT management to oversee interactive communications programs and web content
  • Keep current with new web trends and technologies, providing recommendations for their integration into PNY sites
  • Assist in the design of print collateral, packaging, and signage for tradeshow events
