Principal Service Solutions is hiring Assistant Site Managers. Individual will be responsible for managing on-site installations of semiconductor equipment and will be in charge of creating detailed project schedules.  Duties also include managing the AMHS system and coordinating with customers and other stakeholders on site. Pay Rate: $42+/hr DOE
Schedule: M-F, 50 hours a week, start time 6am
Travel: Must be open to out of state travel for extended periods of time; International travel may be required 

Responsibilities:
  • Project execution and deliverables including assuring a safe, quality and on-time installation. Supervise personnel at site when requested.
  • Read and understand project schedules, milestones and deliverables. Prepare installation working plan and schedule.
  • Manage installation site management documents including organizational chart and contact information.
  • Manage all logistics activities including reporting, receiving, moving and shipping not only domestic, but also international.
  • Identify project risk to safety, quality, and schedule.
  • Manage contractor project teams. Provide advice and guidance to team members.
  • Assure creation and adherence to installation site safety procedures.
  • Coordinate and direct installation resource plans at site to meet project requirements.
  • Manage installation quality plan and document control plan for projects.
  • Liaison with customer for all installation related activities. Manage communication with project stakeholders when requested.
  • Manage project changes, take corrective action, and update project plans and documentation.
  • Help facilitate project acceptance and handover by completing all installation paperwork.
  • Coordinate system hand-over with the customer and Service Dept.
  • Use KPI to monitor performance and identify area to address and be able to extract data for analysis.
  • Provide assistance to site manager when he/she is on-site, and take responsibilities while he/she is off site and/or requested.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree (AS) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of semiconductor automation experience; or equivalent education and experience.
  • Site/Project management skills, Mechanical/electrical background, Ability to use unique tools applicable to installation.
  • Familiarity with automatic system (Stocker, conveyors, AGV’s and/or OHT systems.) is a plus but not required. 
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programs (including Excel and MS Project)
  • Ability to read and understand equipment drawings and identify parts through drawings, Safety oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to travel for extended periods (travels may include overseas sites). Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain all necessary travel document.
  • Must have excellent organization, customer relation skills.
  • Ability to work with heights. 
  • Ability to demonstrate/facilitate problem solving on issues with multiple stakeholders.
