Responsibilities:

  • Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude while working with the Café team and engaging with guests.
  • Daily Setup: Responsible for the setup and organization of daily par/prep for the Café, ensuring everything is ready for service.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with management regarding any special product needs or concerns related to food quality and presentation.
  • Food Preparation: Follow proper preparation techniques for station items as instructed by management.
  • Closing Duties: Ensure the Café is properly closed each day, including accurate financial closing and thorough cleaning.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both the kitchen and Café areas.
  • Surface Cleaning: Regularly wipe down tables, chairs, counters, and other surfaces throughout the day to maintain a clean environment.
  • Replenishing Supplies: Keep the Café stocked with necessary supplies, such as silverware, napkins, cups, straws, salt, and pepper, to ensure they are always available for customers.
  • Collaboration: Maintain open communication with the Prepared Foods department, Culinary team, and Maintenance team to address and resolve any maintenance issues.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional side work as required.
