Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Machine Learning Proficiency: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including time series forecasting models, regression techniques, and their applications in solving complex data-driven problems.
- Deep Learning: Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras, with a focus on designing and implementing neural networks for predictive modeling and anomaly detection.
- Generative AI Experience: Hands-on experience with Generative AI models, such as transformer-based architectures and GANs, applied to enhance data insights and automation.
- Time Series Analysis: Expertise in working with time series data, with knowledge of advanced techniques like Fourier Transform, Wavelet Transform, and feature engineering tailored to sequential data analysis.
- Anomaly Detection: Proficiency in identifying anomalies in large datasets using machine learning techniques, such as clustering, isolation forests, and autoencoders, to detect irregular patterns.
- Data Engineering and Management: Strong ability to handle, preprocess, and manage large datasets, particularly those generated by sensor networks, IoT devices, or industrial monitoring systems. Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and big data frameworks like Hadoop or Spark.
- Programming Languages: Proficient in Python and R, with experience in libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Statsmodels. Familiarity with domain-specific simulation tools or frameworks is a plus.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of complex systems, including the dynamics of large-scale networks or infrastructures, and the application of AI/ML techniques to optimize performance and reliability.
Experience:
- Industry Experience: 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles, with a focus on applying machine learning and generative AI techniques to real-world problems in high-stakes environments.
- Predictive Modeling: Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying predictive models at various levels, with a focus on accuracy and scalability.
- Anomaly Detection Projects: Proven experience in creating models to detect irregularities or unexpected patterns within large datasets, integrating real-time monitoring and predictive analytics.
- Data Analytics Expertise: Experience working with complex datasets from advanced monitoring systems to extract actionable insights and improve system performance.
- Project Leadership: Experience leading or playing a key role in AI/ML projects, with a proven track record of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, analysts, and data scientists.
Soft Skills:
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful patterns relevant to the industry.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate technical findings and strategies to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and industry professionals.
- Collaboration: Experience working in multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing workflows and enhance system performance.

Education:
