Cloud DevOps Engineer Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team at Zoom Corporation. As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our gateway infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems for deploying, monitoring, and managing gateway services that facilitate seamless communication experiences.

About the Team
Our team is at the forefront of revolutionizing collaboration experiences. We are looking for a qualified candidate to join us to continuously elevate our Zoom Platform and AI services to higher levels. Our team's responsibilities include but are not limited to Zoom AI Companion, Marketplace, Event Consumer, Integration, and Zoom Apps.

Responsibilities
Designing, deploying, monitoring, and scaling AI and Zoom Platform services
Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues
Building a resilient and scalable service infrastructure to accommodate region-based data centers
Optimizing the current CI/CD process and streamlining automation efforts for server provisioning and deployment
Supporting test automation and deployment strategy to optimize service performance and ensure product quality
Possessing the ability to deliver and manage detailed technical documentation

Requirements
Have BS, BA, or MS (CS, CE, EE, IS, or related majors)
2+ years experience in Cloud-Based DevOps or SRE
Fair enough knowledge of AWS services, Linux batch command, ELK stack, and container orchestration (i.e., K8s, Docker)
Hands-on experience on scripting, such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, GO
Ability to monitor, debug, and automate routine tasks
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure technologies and cloud-based test automation solution
Willingness to learn, be proactive, and think creatively
Some experience with AI or Machine Learning

Compensation
Minimum: $94,600.00
Maximum: $218,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus, and equity value.


Note
Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
