Descripción del trabajo:

En este puesto, desempeñarás un papel crucial en apoyar el punto de venta del restaurante para brindar una experiencia gastronómica única y excepcional para nuestros huéspedes que se alojan en el hotel.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo culinario para cocinar y preparar los platillos del menú que contribuyan a la experiencia gastronómica distintiva ofrecida en Viviane.
  • Garantizar el flujo sin problemas de la preparación de alimentos para respaldar un servicio oportuno y mantener altos estándares de calidad.
  • Trabajar diligentemente para mantener niveles óptimos de inventario de alimentos en la línea, anticipando y respondiendo a las necesidades del punto de venta del restaurante.
  • Preparar y porcionar los alimentos con precisión y cuidado, asegurando la consistencia en los perfiles de sabor y la presentación de los platos.
  • Comunicar proactivamente cualquier preocupación o problema de seguridad a los Chefs responsables para mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro.
  • Asumir la responsabilidad total de la calidad de los productos servidos, esforzándose por la excelencia en cada platillo preparado.
  • Mantener una estación de trabajo bien organizada y completamente abastecida, lista para el servicio en todo momento.
  • Adherirse rigurosamente a los procedimientos del departamento de seguridad e higiene, así como a las políticas y protocolos departamentales, para mantener los más altos estándares de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.

Calificaciones:

  • Poseer 2-3 años de experiencia en un entorno culinario de ritmo rápido, con pasión por ofrecer experiencias gastronómicas excepcionales.
  • Demostrar un paladar refinado y la capacidad de reproducir perfiles de sabor consistentes y matizados.
  • Sobresalir en mantener presentaciones de platos consistentes y visualmente atractivas, mostrando atención al detalle y creatividad.
  • Poseer habilidades intermedias o superiores en el manejo de cuchillos, demostrando precisión y eficiencia en la preparación de alimentos.
  • Exhibir flexibilidad en el horario, incluida la disponibilidad para las noches, fines de semana y días festivos, para apoyar las necesidades del punto de venta del restaurante.
  • Aceptar un enfoque colaborativo para el trabajo, participando activamente con colegas de diferentes departamentos para mantener un ambiente de equipo cohesionado.
  • Realizar las tareas laborales con un compromiso con la excelencia, ejecutando las tareas con rapidez, precisión y enfoque en superar las expectativas de los huéspedes.
