Remote Supplemental Product Manager

The MH Group is seeking a Remote Supplemental Product Manager to join our client's team
The Remote Supplemental Product Manager assists in the improvement and development of health insurance products by analyzing market trends and client feedback, making suggestions to stakeholders, and supporting sales. the Remote Supplemental Product Manager will work cross-departmentally with various organizational levels to ensure that the implementation of new products and features are completed on time, while also supplying comprehensive reporting on the progress of each project, and addressing any issues that may arise.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Create product solutions, track benchmarks, support sales, and provide any necessary review that may be required to ensure competitiveness.
- Review product information and communicate cross-departmentally. Ensure accuracy of product market materials.
- Answer any questions about the product and educate both internal and external parties on features and requirements.
- Develop training curriculum and compile materials for new product launches.
- Provide support to Subject Matter Experts (SME).
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation. Ensure that it is updated when necessary and that said updates are communicated to all interested parties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Job Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or 6+ years of equivalent experience in the field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in health insurance product development required.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Proficient in using business appropriate software and tools including the Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer insights.
Benefits:
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. The annual salary range is between $60,000 to $70,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies. Salary is one component of the total compensation and benefits package, which includes medical, vision and dental insurance options, life and accident insurance, 401(k), and short-term and long-term disability insurance.
