Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEcomaids of Waxhaw-Monroe-Matthews is seeking a Lead Housecleaner.

  • Our working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling crew, assigning routes and jobs daily for the most efficient results
  • Training and onboarding new hires
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with team members, management, and clients
  • Ensuring prompt arrival to clients homes and leading by example with excellent customer service
  • Ensuring full completion of EcoMaids 64-point checklist upon conclusion of a job

Skills/Qualifications
  • Spanish proficiency
  • Management, leadership, and/or training experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to reach, stoop, and kneel continuously
  • Able to use own car for work if needed (reliable and insured)
