The Role You will Play

  • The Commercial Property Management Accountant is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of a managed portfolio of retail, commercial real estate properties.
  • This role involves AP/AR, rent collection and arrears, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with legal and client requirements, and providing financial insights to support property management decisions.
  • The Commercial Property Management Accountant is entrusted to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

  • Preferable location: Gulfport, MS or Jackson area (MS). Can also be anyone in the southern Louisiana area.
  • Preferably hybrid/ ideally onsite at the office at least a few days per week.

Background Profile
