Job Summary:

Event planning requires resilience and creativity, and we're seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team. From intimate gatherings to large-scale festivals, you'll lead and manage events, ensuring our clients' satisfaction from start to finish. Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of off-site event planning experience across various industries.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of management experience.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for growth.
  • Positive attitude and ability to inspire others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Experience in budgeting and negotiation.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with project management tools preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with event planning software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare proposal decks for events.
  • Manage leads generated from outreach, networking, and marketing efforts.
  • Assist with budget management for client proposals, contracts, and related items.
  • Coordinate with vendors and venues.
  • Organize and lead events.
  • Provide on-site event support as needed.
  • Ensure events meet company standards.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, invoicing, and database management.
  • Assist with event marketing campaigns and social media management.
  • Handle event logistics, including vendor communication and venue visits.
  • Collaborate to develop and execute event strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
