Village Behavioral Health (VBH) is looking for caring, motivated, organized, and committed professionals to work in its Intellectual Development Disability (ID/DD)  facility. We are currently hiring full-time, part-time and PRN staff to work at our North Chesterfield and Chesterfield, and Henrico counties facilities. We are hiring for the following shifts Full time and Part time shifts 3 pm to 11 pm and rotating weekends 8am-8pm.  Full-Time and Part-time shifts overnights 11 pm to 8 am and rotating weekends 8pm-8am. Various duties include but are not limited to:


  • Assisting individuals with meeting person centered outcomes outlined in their treatment plans.
  • Facilitating groups, support with activities of daily living.
  • Spport with community outings.
  • Support with connecting individuals to resources.
  • Other supportive services in the community.
