What would you do as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at RISE UP FOR AUTISM, you can expect a fulfilling and dynamic day-to-day experience. Your main responsibility will be conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism. You will also have the opportunity to provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers.
Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, will be an integral part of your role. Expect to spend your weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM working directly with individuals with autism and their families, implementing behavior intervention programs, collecting data, and making data-driven decisions to ensure effective treatment outcomes. You will be empowered to apply your expertise and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and make a positive impact on the lives of those you serve.

Familiarity with ABA software or tools is also preferred, as it facilitates efficient data collection and program implementation.
