Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of individuals with autism.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Lead, train, and mentor behavior technicians
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide the best possible care.
- Maintain detailed records, service schedules, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player that can also work independently
- Ability to lead a team of behavior technicians
- Ability to drive and make weekly home visits
