Job DescriptionJob Description

The Commissions Processor is responsible for maintaining financial records, running reports, and recording a wide range of transactions. Their duties include providing administrative assistance to accountants as well as preparing statements that confirm the accuracy of database information.



Compensation:

$45,000

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming wires daily
  • Maintain transaction software and spreadsheets
  • Process commissions 
  • Designate automated clearing house into banking software
  • Manage commissions email
  • Correspond with agents 
  • Facilitate Account Receivables 
  • Back up for Account Payables 
  • Manage data and contracts to ensure compliance 
  • Assist with various accounting department projects as needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software
  • Able to write to and speak with vendors and clients effectively
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Has used software daily in previous positions to accomplish daily tasks
  • Familiarity with a HUD closing statement is a plus
