To excel as a Full Time Cook at Four Winds Manor, Inc., candidates should possess a strong foundation in culinary skills and techniques. A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with two to three years of cooking experience. The possession of a Serve Safe Certification is highly preferred to ensure a thorough understanding of food safety protocols.

Experience working with older adults with modified diets is highly desirable, showcasing a commitment to meeting specific dietary needs and preferences.
