Position Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator with Development Experience to join our team for a comprehensive ServiceNow implementation project. The ideal candidate will have strong administration and development skills, with a focus on ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, SPM, and APM modules. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage system configurations, develop custom solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of the ServiceNow platform.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Administration and Configuration:

· Manage and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, SPM, and APM.

· Perform system maintenance, user administration, and configuration management.

· Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

Development:

· Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

· Create and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and data policies.

· Develop custom widgets and pages for Service Portal using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Project Support:

· Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve any identified issues.

· Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform.

Integration and Automation:

· Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

· Automate repetitive tasks and processes using workflows, Flow Designer, and Orchestration.

Documentation and Training:

· Document system configurations, customizations, and development processes.

· Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and Developer.

· Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, SPM, and APM modules.

· Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide API.

· Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Required Certifications:

o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

o ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in one or more modules (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits

The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $135,000 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
