JGA has an opportunity for an IT WMS Configurer working on the Blue Yonder WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to join the IT function.

Sitting within the Self-sufficiency team within our Manufacturing and Logistics Business Unit you will be required to complete an analysis of business requirements through process mapping and translating these into a detailed configuration of strategic products. You will act as the subject matter expert and carry out technical changes to system solutions to meet the business needs.

Within the role, you will analyze and configure the Blue Yonder WMS system to support with the onboarding of existing sites. You will carry out standard configuration requests and support any new go-live projects. You will also be responsible for ensuring good maintenance of system templates to help streamline future onboarding projects.

We work with a trusted network of independent contractors with a collective of hundreds of years of experience and hundreds of implementations focused on a wide array of Manhattan products.  We continue to work in a variety of industries, from life sciences to apparel, with a multitude of flows   (Retail, Omni-channel, and eCommerce) and complexities  (basic to highly automated with MHE   integration). We focus on partnering with our clients to deliver a solution with the goal of building a COE and enabling clients to own their process and solution internally.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:


  • To configure the strategic Blue Yonder WMS in line with the output from the design activities.
  • To provide implementation support to various projects dealing with various solution sets & products
  • Ensure effective fixes are deployed for identified defects, engaging with external and internal teams for fault resolution.
  • Analysis of business processes and design of new processes and system configuration to optimize future business operations.
  • Plan and organize data collation and data setup for the agreed solution. Ensuring the accuracy of data.


The Right Candidate will need:


  • 5 years of Blue Yonder WMS configuration experience is essential for this role
  • In-depth experience in solution configuration and SQL
  • Able to travel to customer sites as required
