Parman Tractor and Equipment is looking for a new Parts Counter Associate to join their team This role is responsible for assisting in the determination of parts requirements with customers, selling parts, and providing order processing services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and tend to walk-in customers as well as inbound phone calls by looking up, ordering, and selling parts per the customers needs in a timely manner
  • Maintain an orderly and accurate parts inventory under the direction of the Parts Manager
  • Assist with the appearance and organization of the Parts Department
  • Navigate within business system software to assist customers and complete POS transactions
  • Complete additional work as needed by the Parts Manager and General Manager

Requirements:

  • One year Inventory Control or relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of Agricultural and/or Construction Equipment preferred
  • Basic computer skills including e-mail, typing, and online research
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • MVR that meets company's insurability standards
