We are seeking an experienced Counter Representative to assist customers with their purchases and provide exceptional service at our Parks Auto Parts location.
Responsibilities- Assist customers in finding and purchasing auto parts.
- Answer customer questions regarding vehicle-related issues.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments.
- Stock and pull parts as needed.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized store and front counter area.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must have knowledge of automotive parts and be able to provide expert advice to customers.
The typical day will include walking, squatting, and lifting. The employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and may be required to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs). We offer a competitive pay rate and benefits package, including medical, dental insurance, life insurance, sick time, holidays, and vacation time. Pay starts at $15 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
