What you'll be doing:

· Identify Prospects and make sales calls

· Determine, negotiate, and secure profitable rates when closing sales opportunities

· Manage daily shipments activities and ensure superior customer service

· Develop and maintain carrier partnerships that support best solutions for your customers.

· Maintain up to date knowledge of market trends

· Manage acquired accounts while continuing to focus on growing your book of business.


Requirements:

Your knowledge, skills, abilities, & more:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • College degree preferred, but is not required
  • Ability to be self-motivated with a drive to succeed
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work with technology efficiently
