Position Overview: As an Aerospace TIG Welder, you'll be instrumental in upholding the structural integrity and superior quality of our aerospace components. This role offers a unique opportunity to thrive in the evening hours, providing a perfect work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute precise TIG welding on diverse aerospace components, ensuring impeccable craftsmanship in line with stringent quality benchmarks.
  • Interpret intricate engineering blueprints and specifications to execute welding tasks with precision.
  • Configure and optimize welding equipment settings for optimal outcomes.
  • Thoroughly inspect welded parts to ensure compliance with rigorous industry standards.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with team members and supervisors to meet production objectives efficiently.
  • Uphold a safe and organized work environment, prioritizing workplace safety at every turn.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise as a TIG Welder, with a specialization in aerospace applications.
  • Proficient in deciphering and implementing engineering drawings.
  • Aptitude in operating TIG welding equipment and fine-tuning settings to accommodate various materials and specifications.
  • Familiarity with welding a spectrum of metals, including aluminum and high-strength alloys.
  • Impeccable attention to detail coupled with a commitment to delivering top-tier workmanship.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a penchant for teamwork.
  • Availability for 2nd shift commitments.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Welding certification or relevant vocational training.
  • Previous experience in aerospace welding is highly advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy components.
  • Adaptability to working in diverse positions and environments.
