Product AssociateWe are looking for a Product Associate to support the product team in delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. You will work closely with senior product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and launch of our products.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include: 
  • Assisting senior product managers in all aspects of product development, from concept to launch.
  • Working closely with the engineering team to translate product requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Owning ad hoc projects as necessary, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and product FAQs.
  • Communicating product updates and enhancements to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseReach out to us if you:
  • Have 1+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or related roles (internship experience may be considered).
  • Are passionate for technology and have a desire to learn and grow in the field of product management.
  • Have familiarity with SQL and Excel for product analysis.
  • Have an analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Are able to make complex things easy and clear to different stakeholders, and can facilitate clear communication between Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to create effective and engaging narratives.
Bonus points if you:
  • Have a technical background (a computer science degree or relevant work experience).
  • Have experience making mockups with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or other tools
  • Have relevant financial/investment understanding
