Our client in Northampton, PA seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join the Finance team as a Billing Coordinator. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely billing and financial reporting. This is a TEAM environment where verbal communication is key

Position Summary: The Billing Coordinator will work closely with the Manager of Finance, other finance team members, and various departments within the company. This position is based in the Northampton, PA office.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter client standard billings and internal job costs
  • Maintain and organize client files
  • Assist with reviewing P&L statements
  • Make collection calls as needed
  • Support other finance department functions as required
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or Quickbooks construction version is a plus (desktop contractors version 24.0)
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word - testing given after interview
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
